The sommelier's food and wine pairing:

It goes well with poultry (chicken/chips), pork chops, country terrines, beef fillet, duck breasts... or rabbit in sauce for daring cooks.
In Brittany, we think of an AAA andouillette pancake, or cheese.
For more plant-based cuisine, we can think of ratatouille and vegetables on the griddle.
The absence of aggressive tannins allows this red to pair with a very wide range of dishes.

At what temperature should it be drunk?

It should be drunk chilled, ideally between 14° and 16°.

Is this an organic wine?

Yes. All our wines are organic, and some are even biodynamic. Our winemakers work with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention.
