An adventure for two (and a half 👶🏻)

TOT' was born from an obvious choice: to bring our two worlds together around a common project.

Eliott, a trained sommelier, has worked all over the world, from the Loire Valley to Australia. It was in the field, working with passionate winemakers and in the finest cellars, that he honed his expertise. Today, he is the project's wine compass: he tastes, selects, discusses, and unearths lively, vibrant, and human wines.

Manon is the mastermind behind the scenes when it comes to strategy, communications, and business development. Also a freelance digital project manager, she oversees everything that happens behind the scenes: the brand, the website, the networks, and the long-term vision.

Together, we form a family but also a complementary duo, united by the desire for adventure, innovation and to create something real.

Why canned wine?

The idea had been on our minds for a while. Having lived abroad for years, we'd seen new consumption formats emerge, particularly around wine: freer, more practical, better suited to mobile lives. Upon our return to France, the contrast jumped out at us: here, wine often remains fixed in its codes, in its formalism, and too inaccessible to a new generation that is nonetheless curious and open-minded.

So we got started.

TOT' is our answer to all of this: a way to put wine back at the center of life's moments , without constraints, without fuss. Good, organic wine, carefully produced by young, committed, and talented winemakers—but presented in a format that speaks to today's 18-35 year-olds.

Real, good, simple

Our vintages come from independent winemakers in the Bordeaux region, chosen for their boldness and willingness to break with the norms. They work organically, by hand, and produce straightforward, light wines full of character.

We're not cheating: their names appear on every can. We want to highlight them, not appropriate their work.

TOT' is the link between their expertise and your life moments.

Our mission

Breaking down barriers around wine.

TOT' is the wine for nomads and the curious.

The one you drink alone, as a couple, in a park, on the train, by the water.
The one we take away, the one we share, or the one we keep for ourselves.
The one who breaks the codes without sacrificing taste.
The one who doesn't need an occasion to be open.
The one who doesn't judge if you don't know anything about wine.
The one that doesn't take up all the space on the table.
The one that follows your rhythm, not that of traditions.
The one that slips into a bag, a picnic, the end of the day.
